1. The original intention of the points program

After work, I'm just an ordinary consumer. I've seen various membership programs from different companies, but I personally feel that they often focus more on attracting new customers than retaining old ones. Of course, I understand the reasons, but I don't quite agree with them. Without the support of existing customers, we wouldn't be where we are today. Therefore, we should be giving back to our existing customers. It is for this reason that I came up with the idea for this shopping rebate program.

Of course, there are also business considerations involved. We hope that while giving back to our customers, we can also encourage them to repurchase and try our various bedding products ( Re Bedding , Re Pillow 3 , Re Cover , etc.).

2. Points are automatically added with each purchase.

I wanted the points program to be as simple and easy to use as possible. Therefore, the "points accumulation" process is very simple: every time you shop, whether on the Re Pillow Co. website or in stores ( Tsim Sha Tsui , North Point, Tseung Kwan O , Tuen Mun ), you will automatically earn points. Every $1 spent equals 1 point. No apps/membership cards/registration/login passwords are required. Simply use the same email address each time you purchase Re Pillow Co. bedding, and points will be automatically calculated and added to your account within 3 days for your next purchase .

3. Redeem points for cash vouchers

You can use your points online or in-store at Re Pillow Co.! The system is centrally managed; points earned online can be used online or in-store, and points earned in-store can be used in all stores or online. Simply use the same email address to shop and you can see all your points and redeem them for vouchers.

We offer cash vouchers in various denominations for redemption. Every 100 points can be exchanged for $8, equivalent to an 8% cash rebate. It's simple to use and directly benefits our customers.

How to view and use your points?

A light blue floating button has been added to the bottom right corner of the Re Pillow Co. website homepage. Clicking it will bring up a "points program" widget. Follow the instructions to enter your email address and check your account's points.

After entering your email address, you will see your points, as well as "How to earn points", "How to use points", and "View cash coupons in my account".

We offer cash vouchers in different denominations for redemption. The redemption rate for each cash voucher is $8 for every 100 points, which is equivalent to an 8% cash rebate.

Once points are converted into cash vouchers, each voucher will have a unique code. Customers can select a cash voucher in the "Widgets" section, select it, and click "Apply this discount" to apply it to their shopping cart, or copy and paste it at checkout. The cash voucher will be applied immediately. Only one cash voucher can be used per purchase, but you can convert all your points into one large cash voucher for use at once.

Re Pillow Co.'s points are valid both online and in-store. This means that points earned at a physical store can be used online, and vice versa. To use points in-store, simply provide your email address to our staff, and we will access your past purchases and points records. If you have points or vouchers in your account, you can use them immediately.

How do I earn points?

Every time you shop, whether on the Re Pillow Co. website or in a physical store ( Tsim Sha Tsui , North Point , Tseung Kwan O , Tuen Mun ), you'll automatically earn points. You'll receive 1 point for every $1 spent. No apps or membership cards are needed; simply use the same email address for each purchase, and your points will be automatically calculated and added to your account within 3 days for your next purchase.

Please note: Purchases of our products from department store shelves will not earn points, as we are not selling them directly. Due to this limitation, we will gradually reduce our partnerships with department store shelves, ensuring that customers can earn points by purchasing from Re Pillow Co. stores .

The 8% rebate is quite substantial. Why are you doing this? What are your intentions?

As an ordinary consumer myself, I've seen various membership programs offered by different companies, but I personally feel that they often prioritize attracting new customers over retaining existing ones. I understand the reasons, but I don't entirely agree with this approach. Without the support of existing customers, we wouldn't be where we are today; therefore, it should be about giving back to them. It is for this reason that I conceived of this shopping reward program.

Of course, there are also business considerations involved. We hope that while giving back to our customers, we can also encourage them to repurchase and try our various bedding products ( Re Bedding , Re Pillow 3 , Re Cover , etc.).

I bought your products a few years ago, do I get points?

The points program will be launched on July 1, 2025. Therefore, points will be accumulated from that day. Purchases made before July 1, 2025 will not earn points (because there was no such program or plan at that time).

However, we do want to reward our loyal customers. Therefore, for purchases made on or after January 1, 2025, we will "revert to the past" and award points. That is, if you spent $1700 in February 2025, you will receive 1700 points in your email account, which is equivalent to a cash rebate of $136, which can be used immediately. However, purchases made before January 1, 2025, will not earn points.

How long does it take for points to be added to my account after I make a purchase?

After you make a purchase, points will take some time to process and will not be instantly added to your account, but they will definitely be added to your account within 72 hours (three days). This is an automated computer process, so it operates 24/7, including Saturdays, Sundays, and early mornings. If you find that your points have not been added to your account after 72 hours, please contact me (Ryan) at support@repillow.co and I will follow up for you.

Do points expire? How can I check their validity period?

Yes. Points have an expiration date; they expire 365 days after a purchase. However, I've set up a system so that if you make a purchase before the points expire, the expiration date of **all points** in your account will be extended by another 365 days, giving customers as much time as possible to use them.

For example, if you earned 1,000 points by purchasing bedding from Re Pillow Co. on January 1, 2026, those 1,000 points would theoretically expire on January 1, 2027. However, if you make another purchase during that period, such as in the summer of 2026, all points in your account will be delayed until the summer of 2027.

Guests can view their points in the widget at the bottom right of the website by entering their email address. Next to the points section at the top left, there is a circular exclamation mark (!"). Clicking on it will show the points expiration date.

Although points have an expiration date, if points have been exchanged for cash vouchers, the cash vouchers will not have an expiration date.

Do you have any other concurrent membership programs or discount codes?

Aside from this points redemption program with an 8% cashback, we **do not** have any other concurrent membership programs or promo codes. This shopping points cashback program has also replaced the earlier "Existing Customer Benefits Program".

What if I made a purchase but didn't keep any records?

If you purchased our bedding after the program's launch, i.e., after July 1, 2025, but did not leave any information and therefore do not receive points, I can answer this question separately for "online" and "in-store" inquiries.

First of all, if you are shopping online, please rest assured that your information will definitely be recorded. We do not list our products on any other online platforms. All online orders are processed through repillow.co. When placing an order, your email address is required. You can provide me with your email address and I can help you retrieve your order.

Regarding in-store transactions, if you shopped at one of our stores ( Tsim Sha Tsui , North Point , Tseung Kwan O , Tuen Mun ) after July 1, 2025 (when the points program was launched), but didn't leave any records, this situation becomes somewhat awkward. Theoretically, there's no record, making it difficult to prove whether you shopped after the points program was launched. In this case, you'll need a physical receipt, which nobody wants to use. A physical receipt includes the store address, purchased products, date, and time. If you have a photo of your physical receipt, please email it to me (Ryan): support@repillow.co. I will check your system records and manually add the points for you.

If the purchase was made before the points program was implemented (i.e., before July 1, 2025) or on a department store shelf (which we cannot manage), then no points will be awarded.

Because this points program involves a lot of order processing, calculating points, expiration dates, and the need for online and in-store points to be interchangeable, I believe it must be very complicated behind the scenes. Although I have tried my best to simplify the program and make it as simple and easy to use as possible, and have checked it repeatedly before launching it, I believe there may still be problems.
