Have you ever tried changing your bed sheets?

Every time you change them, does it feel a little something like this...

Pulling left and right... lifting the mattress and then having to shove your hand underneath, after exhausting all your energy, the bedsheet might still not look smooth and neat.

Moreover, mattresses are heavy, so you need to lift the mattress a bit and then reach your hand to the bottom to change it. Plus, homes in Hong Kong are generally small, so changing sheets when the bed is against the wall or on a bunk bed is even more difficult. You might even search online for "how to change sheets when the mattress is too heavy?", "how to change bed sheets?", "quick ways to change bed sheets," and so on.

When you go to change the bed sheets, you feel really tired, you even break a sweat. You wonder if it really has to be this difficult, lifting the mattress and then having to squeeze your hand into that narrow gap between the bed and the wall. You might even think if you'll have to keep changing sheets like this for the rest of your life.

When I change sheets by myself, I encounter the exact same problem. The mattress is thick and heavy, and every time I change the sheets, I have to lift it up and then "force" the new sheet on. It's practically like exercising! These bedsheet and fitted sheet designs are really stupid!

I just realized I haven't introduced myself yet. If this is your first time visiting my website, let me introduce myself. My name is Ryan, and I'm an ordinary young person from Hong Kong. When I was a student, one day I couldn't find a pillow that suited me, so I decided to delve into pillow research and make one for myself. That pillow was the first-generation Re Pillow, which is why the website is called repillow.co. Later, with encouragement from friends, I created this website and made this "pillow project" public, allowing people to order and try it out. Thanks to everyone's support, fortunately, the reviews for this pillow have been quite positive, which led to me continuing this "pillow project" for several years. After graduation, I dedicated myself full-time to Re Pillow Co., and I've been doing so ever since.

Because changing sheets is such a hassle, at the end of 2021, I started researching how to create an easy-to-remove and easy-to-change sheet.

From the material to the design, to the stitching methods, to the balance of physical tensile forces, to the selection of every component, every detail had to be thoroughly thought through to create this product.

From buttons to velcro to snap fasteners, to various connection methods, all were considered and prototypes were made.

After more than two years, today, I want to introduce you to "Re Bedding," an easy-to-remove and easy-to-change sheet. I believe this is the essential next step for the bedding industry.

I want to make Re Bedding more personalized, allowing users to mix and match according to their preferences and home decor. They can choose different colored base frames, and pair them with top sheets made of various materials, colors, or even featuring different printed designs or cartoon collaborations.

1. Disclaimer: This Product is Not For Everyone

Not everyone is willing to try new things, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that; I completely understand. Re Bedding is indeed different from ordinary bed sheets and fitted sheets available on the market. Initially, there's a learning curve to using and adapting to them, but once you get the hang of it, changing sheets becomes incredibly easy and effortless. If you're only looking for traditional bed sheets and fitted sheets, this product is not for you. If you're willing to give it a try, I guarantee that once you've used it and look back, it will be the best investment you've made this year.

2. Check Your Mattress Size at Home

If you're willing to try these Re Bedding, first, congratulations, because it's the right decision, and not everyone has such courage.

Next, you need to check your mattress size at home to see if it's one of the sizes we currently support:

The above allows for an error of 2-3cm. For example, if your mattress is 122x183CM, you can choose 120x183CM.

3. Choose the appropriate size for the Base Frame and Top Sheet

Below are options for the Base Frame and Top Sheet. You can select them according to your mattress size.

Finally, due to the extensive space requirements for producing these bed sheets, it is currently difficult to manufacture them in Hong Kong. Therefore, unlike our pillow products which are made in Hong Kong, our bed sheets are sewn in Guangdong. Although we initially intended to produce them in Hong Kong, achieving comparable quality would increase the price of each sheet by nearly a hundred dollars, which might deter users and is not what we want. However, we do want to achieve even better quality (not to say that Chinese quality is poor), so our materials come from companies all over the world, such as YKK zippers from Japan and NIFCO plastic buckles from Japan. We hope to provide you with the best experience at a better price. As integrity is important, to avoid misunderstandings, we are specifically stating this here.

Since the Re Bedding were launched in 2023, customers have occasionally asked if we could introduce waterproof bedsheets, and I've always kept that in mind. Waterproof bedsheets are not a very new thing, but how to execute them well is crucial. I don't want to make products carelessly, just to have them look shoddy and call it a day. In addition to basic functions like waterproofing and dust mite protection, I hope users can continue to change our various styles of top sheets as they wish, and this waterproof layer can also be easily removed and washed independently, just like the top sheet above it, without having to lift the mattress. In June 2025, our first waterproof layer officially debuted. In August 2026, an improved, thickened version of the waterproof layer was launched. For improvements to the waterproof layer, please refer to the "New Base Frame UPDATE" introductory video above this section.

**Can be added to the homes of all customers who purchased the Re Bedding since the initial 2023 version, but the effect will be even better with the current latest version of the base frame, as the new base frame will have small buckles to secure the waterproof layer and prevent shifting.

The waterproof layer matches the mattress size and is secured to the four corners of the base frame and the small loops attached to the middle of the two sides of the bed.

The waterproof layer is placed between the mattress and the top sheet, allowing you to easily change your bed sheets daily while immediately providing waterproof and anti-mite functions. The waterproof layer can also be easily removed and washed independently without needing to remove the base frame.
