• All orders are delivered within 1-3 working days to Hong Kong addresses with free shipping
• Home address delivery or self-collection at SF Express pickup points available

• The system will automatically email customers with a tracking number for their order upon dispatch

Q: How can I track my order?

• Customers may call at 2730 0273, then Press 1 (for Cantonese), Press 8 (for feedback/complaints)
  Their customer service will provide delivery updates or arrange a preferred delivery time

Q: Can I specify a delivery time?

• As we rely on third-party couriers, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. However, we can control the dispatch date (e.g. if you request shipment on 25/10, delivery is expected by 26/10 or 27/10). For approximate delivery time range (e.g., morning/afternoon), please contact us, and we will contact the courier to prioritize delivery accordingly.

Q: What should I do if I am not always at home receiving deliveries?

• If door-to-door delivery is inconvenient, we recommend selecting an SF Express pickup point or visiting our physical stores instead. 

• We offer in-store pickup
• Order online and collect at our iSQUARE (Tsim Sha Tsui) or Island Place (North Point) store same day, during our business hours (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM). Once your order is ready, our team will notify you via email. If you are unable to pick up on the same day, we will hold your items for a week, you can visit at your convenience.
• During checkout, select your preferred pickup store, please note if any items in your order are out of stock at the specific branch, the system will automatically restrict that store as an option

• We can now deliver our products to most major countries worldwide. Free shipping is available for orders meeting a specified minimum purchase amount. 
• If the order does not reach the specified amount, shipping fees will be applied based on the destination.
• Orders generally arrive within 5–8 working days. Some Asian regions may receive shipments within 5 days.
• Asia: Shipped by SF Express, HK Post and FedEx.
• UK & Europe: Shipped by HK Post and FedEx.
• USA & Canada: Shipped by HK Post, UPS and FedEx.
• Australia: Shipped by FedEx or other courier services.
• Taxes and duties may apply in some countries and the requirements vary by location. We do not cover any potential taxes or duties imposed by the designated country.

Shipping Fee 

• Macau: Free shipping.
• Major Asian countries (excluding Macau): Free shipping for orders over HKD 1200. Any orders below this amount would be charged HKD 150 for shipping.
• UK, USA, Australia & major European countries: Free shipping for orders over HKD 1800. Any orders below this amount would be charged HKD 220 for shipping.
• Canada: Free shipping for orders over HKD 3000. Any orders below this amount would be charged HKD 480 for shipping.

Things to note for each region

Macau: Similar to local Hong Kong deliveries, we use SF Express, please expect an additional day for local deliveries.

Mainland China: Due to current regulations, SF Express requires the recipient to receive it under a company name; For personal deliveries, the recipient must upload a personal ID and a formal purchase invoice for customs clearance.

Taiwan: Customers must download and register with the "EZ WAY" identification verification app. When placing an order, please provide the registered full name (in Chinese) and a valid Taiwan contact number.

Non-Asian countries: To support environmental sustainability, we use relatively lightweight packaging and avoid unnecessary box-in-box packaging.

Australia: If the total size of the ordered products is excessively large, delivery to Australia may not be possible due to local regulations. However, this is rare. If this happens, we will contact you via email after receiving your order.
