An improperly sized pillow, whether too high or too low, can lead to shoulder and neck pain, which is why many people are particularly sensitive to pillow height. That’s why  the exclusive inner filling material used in our Re Pillow 2 and Re Pillow 3 series is now available for separate purchase, allowing users to conveniently adjust their pillow’s height at any time.

Additionally, while pillows are subject to wear and tear over time, the design of Re Pillow prioritizes durability. However, after years of use, especially in Hong Kong’s humid climate, pillows may eventually lose their shape and become uneven. Rather than discarding the entire pillow, simply replace the old filling with a Signature Refill Pack, eliminating the need for wasteful repurchasing.

Signature Refill Packs are offered exclusively for Re Pillow owners. Upon placing an order, please email us a proof of your previous Re Pillow purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt, or contact details) to support@repillow.co for verification. The price on this product is a customer-only price.

Each Refill Pack contains 600g of filling, equivalent to approximately half the volume of a standard Re Pillow 2 or Re Pillow 3. For mini and XL pillow users, please refer to the table below for the amount of filling required:
