Let's rewind to a morning in April of this year (2025). I went to work as usual, Mondays are usually particularly busy because there are weekend orders to process first, and I usually finish them in the afternoon. This seemingly ordinary morning, I had no idea, was going to be a special one...
Around noon that day, I suddenly received a new email titled: "Business Collaboration with Re Pillow." This single email rewrote my product plans for the next six months...
I was stunned. Disney contacted me to discuss a collaboration?
I could hardly believe my eyes. After all, it was Disney, and I knew I was still a tiny bedding brand. Honestly, everyone knows how small my business is; how could a company as big as Disney possibly notice me? But upon closer reading, it did seem quite true. I couldn't hide my excitement.
After replying to the emails, we met at each other's companies to discuss the matter and confirm that it was indeed true. They had noticed the "Re Bedding" design on my new bed sheets and hoped to discuss a collaboration. This was a great encouragement to me.
I understand that even with a great product concept (such as the convenience of changing sheets ) and excellent execution, attractive designs are essential, especially for sheets. Not everyone will appreciate your designs and choose a different style than their preferred ones. I hope that by collaborating with Disney, we can give customers confidence that I'm serious about our business and committed to long-term growth. We hope to see new sheet styles continuously added to the collections of customers who have purchased our sheets, which can be used with their existing linens. We hope to work quietly, and that in time, people will notice and consider our new sheets.
As my first collaboration with Disney, I chose the classic Winnie the Pooh character, and next year (2026) will be the year to celebrate its 100th anniversary.

A glimpse into the Re Pillow Co. x Winnie the Pooh® collaboration bedding collection.
#1 Balloon Adventure
When designing this collaborative bedding collection, my first thought was that I wanted the designs to have a more "mature" style—let me explain.
Winnie the Pooh® has a wide range of products, but in terms of illustration style, many of Winnie the Pooh's illustrations are quite suitable for children: extremely bright colors, cartoonish style, high-contrast lines... Of course, this style of Winnie the Pooh is not bad, but this time, I hope the style will be more mature, and bedding designed for more adults.
The first design is based on the Hundred Acre Wood, the setting of the Winnie the Pooh stories, and is named "Balloon Adventure".
In terms of design, the "Balloon Adventure" bed sheet is inspired by the original fairy tale illustrations, transforming the classic Winnie the Pooh world into a dreamlike journey:
Winnie the Pooh soars through the blue sky with a red balloon in hand, Piglet and Io frolic and chase each other on the grass, Tigger sits lazily taking a nap, and everyone else is enjoying an afternoon rest in the Hundred Acre Wood... Other elements are lightly touched with soft watercolors, creating the innocent joy of the Hundred Acre Wood while maintaining a simple and relaxing space. From afar, it appears as simple as a fairytale cover page, but upon closer inspection, one discovers a wealth of delicate surprises—the light floating of the balloons, the warmth of the sunlight, and the countless subtle interactions between the children.
This bed sheet features a carefully selected pale white base that shimmers in the sunlight like the freshness of dawn, highlighting the golden plush of Winnie the Pooh and the vibrancy of the red balloon. At night, the soft light from the bedside lamp transforms into a warm, milky white, enveloping you in a dreamlike, ascending adventure. It complements Winnie the Pooh's pure world, creating a more relaxed and imaginative feel, lightly accompanying you to a carefree paradise of sleep.
Two matching floral pillowcases are also included with this bed sheet, making it a complete and more comfortable and attractive set.
As for the duvet cover, this Winnie the Pooh duvet cover also uses our " Re Cover " double-sided opening design for easy replacement. In terms of style, it is the same as the back of the sheets and pillowcases, with the same floral pattern on both sides of the duvet cover, matching the sheets and pillowcases.

#2 Sweet Dreams Among Flowers
The second Winnie the Pooh® bedding set is themed "Sweet Dreams Among Flowers," with a mint green theme.
In this "Sweet Dream in the Flowers" collection, Winnie the Pooh transforms into a little sprite among the blossoms: sometimes rolling freely among the yellow flowers, sometimes lying on his side listening to the whispers of the leaves, his red clothes slightly upturned, capturing a playful ray of sunlight. These patterns are understated, merely sketched lightly, scattered into impromptu illustrations, allowing the entire space to breathe in the freshness and tranquility of the forest—no noise, only that comforting sea of flowers, inviting you to steal a moment of peace and enjoy a tranquil time.
The mint green base color is a clever design touch—it's cool and refreshing like mint ice cream, gently complementing Winnie the Pooh's golden hue and the vibrancy of the flowers at all times. It instantly brightens the room, transforming into a thin layer of greenery to embrace and soothe your weariness, leading you into a long, sweet dream filled with the fragrance of flowers and the warm whispers of a teddy bear. And at night, it gently envelops your fatigue, guiding you into a long, sweet dream.
This time, the Winnie the Pooh® Floral Dreams duvet cover features the Heffalump elephant character on the front. Heffalump is a character from early Winnie the Pooh books who may not be widely known, but he's an indispensable part of the story. Therefore, for Winnie the Pooh's 100th anniversary, we wanted to bring him back – a small detail that says, "If you know, you know." The back of the duvet cover features the same floral design as the sheets, making the set even more beautiful.
The back of the bag also features a floral pattern of Winnie the Pooh playing among flowers.
Two matching pillowcases are included with the bed sheet, making it look even better as a set.
Similarly, the design of easy-to-remove and easy-to-change bed sheets is essential. Changing the sheets is as simple as pulling the zipper, making it easy, convenient, quick, and effortless.
The cartoon duvet cover also features a new double-opening design, making it easy to change. It has a double-sided design, with the bottom side matching the bed sheet. In addition to the small detail mentioned above about Huffalump's appearance, it also incorporates the sentence "Every day is an adventure" from the story to match the adventure theme of Winnie the Pooh. All bedding in the Re Pillow Co. x Winnie the Pooh® collaboration is made with our Gen. 2 cotton fabric, which is 100% cotton . The Winnie the Pooh sheets have the softness, comfort, and breathability of pure cotton, and because of the dense weave design, they are smoother and more skin-friendly than ordinary cotton bedding.
More importantly, we have pre-shrunk all our bedding, including sheets, blankets, and quilts, making them thicker and more durable. They can also be washed in a washing machine or dryer just like regular clothes , making them easy to handle.
If this is your first time purchasing the Re Bedding new bed sheet collection, you can refer to the image below to see if it is compatible with your mattress. The following sizes allow for a 2-3CM error. For example, if your mattress is 122x183CM, you can choose 120x183CM.
Conclusion
The Winnie the Pooh collaboration is the largest collaboration we've ever done, and it also marks a new chapter for our new bed sheets. I remember two years ago, when the new bed sheets were only available in solid colors, customers said that while our bed sheets were practical, they were too monotonous. So I kept trying to reach out to different cartoons, hoping to achieve a collaboration. I sent out dozens of emails, including those from local Hong Kong cartoons as well as other Japanese and foreign cartoons, but very few replied. Most didn't reply at all, and the few that did were very formulaic, saying they would be handed over to the "relevant department" for review, and ultimately, no reply was given.
That's just how work is sometimes; it's an inevitable stage. So, I continued working on solid colors for a whole year, while simultaneously searching for collaborations with animated series. There may be many Winnie the Pooh bed sheets, but if you look closely, you might notice that our Winnie the Pooh style and approach are different from others on the market, more tailored to fans. We hope you like it.

How to buy new bed sheets
- If this is your first time buying new sheets, in addition to selecting the Winnie the Pooh® sheets ( including two pillowcases ), please add a base frame that matches your mattress size to your cart (a 2-3cm error is acceptable; for example, if your mattress is 122x183cm, select 120x183cm). If you want the new sheets to be waterproof, you can also add a waterproof layer between the mattress and the sheet, which will then be attached to the base frame to work with the new sheets. If you already have one, you don't need to buy this again.
- After adding the Winnie the Pooh bedding set to your cart, you can also go to the Re Bedding page to add other bedding styles or other collaboration sets.
