New Fitted Sheets

Measure the "length" and "width" of your mattress at home to choose the appropriate size. Please select the correct size for your mattress; do not intentionally choose one that is "too big" or "too small". When selecting the size, there is no need to consider the mattress thickness. For mattresses 4 feet or less, a thickness of no more than 30CM is acceptable. For mattresses 4.5 feet or more, a thickness of no more than 42CM is acceptable. The base has a drawstring for adjusting and tightening the fitted sheet around the mattress.

New fitted sheet sizes allow for a tolerance of 2-3CM. For example, if your mattress is 122x183CM, you can choose 120x183CM. We support the 13 most common mattress sizes in Hong Kong. If we currently do not have a suitable or close size, please email us at support@repillow.co to let us know. We can arrange custom orders for customers.

Re Covers

Based on your duvet size, choose either single (60" x 90" = 152 x 229CM) or double (80" x 90" = 203 x 229CM).

Local Delivery in Hong Kong: All products include free shipping to local Hong Kong addresses or SF Express pick-up points.

Customers can also choose to place an order online and pick it up at our store for free. In general, same-day pick-up is available during store opening hours.

Unless otherwise specified as a pre-order, all orders are shipped on the same day or the next business day.

At checkout, you can choose home delivery or delivery to SF Express pick-up points in various districts. Due to the oversized volume of pillows, they cannot be sent to SF Express smart lockers.

First, select the product on the website and click "Add to Cart". You can then check your shopping cart in the upper right corner of the website and proceed to online checkout.

After checkout, customers will immediately receive an order confirmation email from us. We will also ship your order on the same day/next business day. Unless otherwise specified on the website, all our products are sold from stock, and orders are shipped daily from Monday to Friday. Therefore, placing your order earlier may allow you to receive it a day earlier, if it's before the daily cut-off time.

After shipment, customers will receive another email with a tracking number, allowing you to check the delivery status of your product. The courier company will deliver to your address or your designated SF Express station for self-pickup within 1-3 days. Afterwards, you can enjoy your new product.
