Since the launch of our Re Bedding, some customers have occasionally expressed that while the product is truly innovative and effective, they wonder what would happen if the zipper broke.

We have always been honest with our customers, acknowledging that the zipper is crucial to the entire product. Therefore, we use the industry-recognized best YKK zippers from Japan, specially customized by YKK Japan for the specific purpose of these Re Bedding, making them exceptionally durable. Indeed, after all this time, no customer has reported a broken zipper after use, so there's no need to worry too much.

Nevertheless, I understand that many companies out there are dishonest. After work, I also "shop, watch movies, and eat out," and as an ordinary consumer, I have certainly encountered such dishonest companies. Some customers might still be concerned about zipper durability, and I completely understand that. Therefore, as of December 2025, we are launching a zipper repair service in collaboration with YKK Japan.

If the zipper on your Re Bedding is damaged in various ways, we welcome you to bring it to us for repair. We have partnered with YKK Japan to purchase official tools and original parts specifically for repairing zippers on Re Bedding, allowing us to repair zippers on both the top sheet and the base.

Each repair will replace the original white resin zipper teeth with metallic silver zipper teeth. This is because YKK Japan believes that this process is similar to the traditional Japanese "Kintsugi" (Japanese: 金継ぎ) method of repairing lacquerware with gold powder. In Japan, when repairing an item, the cracks are not hidden; instead, they are highlighted with a different metallic color, transforming the damage into a unique decoration and giving the item new life and value.

Please note that if, for example, you cut a hole in the middle of the sheet, or you deliberately cut up the zipper along the edge of the sheet with scissors, we cannot provide repair services for such damage. This is not the intended purpose of this zipper repair service, and we ask for your understanding. However, if you have any genuine zipper problems, please contact us! Let us repair it for you.

A few years ago, when I had the idea to launch the new fitted sheet, I encountered a lot of skepticism – "How can your designs possibly compete with those of bigger companies? They have Disney and so many other designs!" "The zipper will break! How can this even work?" "What a stupid design! If this concept were viable, other companies would have launched it ages ago!"

I understood they might not have had malicious intent, so I didn't argue. I just kept my head down and quietly worked on it. Although I didn't know if it would succeed, I wanted to try my best, hoping that this new fitted sheet could one day enter the mainstream and solve the difficulty of changing sheets.

Thanks to our customers' support and trust, I've been able to gradually improve this endeavor. Today, we're adding a zipper repair service for our new fitted sheets, hoping to encourage more people to try them with confidence. This is also a follow-up service for all customers who have supported the "new fitted sheet." I know that simply talking won't earn people's trust, so step by step, I'm working hard to perfect the entire system, adding more sizes and designs, as well as this new zipper repair service. I hope this will give customers more confidence to try our new fitted sheet.
