新床單

量度家中床褥的「長度」和「闊度」，選擇合適的尺寸。請選擇合適自己的床褥尺寸，不要特別「買大」或「買細」。在選擇尺寸時，請不用考慮床褥厚度，厚度方面，4呎或以下的床褥只要不超過 30CM 厚即可，而 4 呎半或以上的床褥只要不超過 42CM 厚即可。底框底部設有索繩，可以調節索緊床褥。

新床單尺寸可以容許 2-3CM 以內誤差，例如家中床褥為 122x183CM，選擇 120x183CM 就可。我們支援香港最常見的 13 款床褥尺寸，如果暫時我們沒有合適和接近的的尺寸，請 email 至 support@repillow.co 告訴我們。我們會按申請的人數，日後增加多人詢求的尺寸選項。

新被袋

根據家中被子尺寸，選擇單人（60" x 90" = 152 x 229CM）或 雙人尺寸（80" x 90" = 203 x 229CM）。

Hong Kong Local Delivery: All products enjoy free delivery to local Hong Kong addresses or SF Express stations.

Customers can also choose to place an order online and then pick it up at our store, which is also free of charge. Under normal circumstances, same-day pickup is possible during store opening hours.

Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped on the same day or the next business day.

At checkout, you can choose home delivery or delivery to SF Express self-pickup points in various districts. Due to the pillow's large size, it could not be delivered to an SF Express smart locker.

First, select the products on the website and click "Add to Cart". Then you can check your shopping cart in the upper right corner of the website and checkout online.

After checkout, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email from us. We will then ship your order on the same day or the next business day. Unless otherwise stated on the website, all items are in stock and orders are shipped daily from Monday to Friday. Therefore, placing your order earlier may allow you to receive your order a day earlier, before the daily order cutoff time.

After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your product's delivery status. The courier company will deliver the product to your address or your designated SF Express station for pickup within 1-3 days. Afterward, you can enjoy your new product.
