26/2 Pro Add-On Out-of-Stock Notification (Short Video)

It seems like it's been a long time since we filmed, but we have to film one today because our Re Pillow 3 Pro Add-On is out of stock, so I want to talk about the situation and how to deal with it.

The problem stems from my poor budgeting when ordering raw materials for production. As a result, sales outpaced material supply, leading to the current stockout. However, I anticipate that once all materials are available, plus production time, it will take approximately ten days to two weeks for stock to be available again and for normal supply to resume.

💻 Online Orders: Customers can place orders normally. For all orders containing Pro Add-Ons, we will pre-ship the products other than the Pro Add-On first, and then ship the Pro Add-On when it becomes available again. If customers want to wait until the Pro Add-On is available before shipping the entire order, they can indicate this on the order, for example, "(Wait until all items are available)" in the name field, or contact us via email after placing the order.

📍iSQUARE in Tsim Sha Tsui and Harbour City in North Point: Customers can come and experience the products and shop as usual. You can also try the Pro Add-On. However, since the Pro Add-On is out of stock, if you want to buy the Pro Add-On, you can still buy it and take other products first. We will notify you to pick up the Pro Add-On when we have it in stock, or send it to you by express delivery when it is in stock. We will cover the shipping cost.

I apologize for this situation. Frankly speaking, in any business, you can't expect to run out of stock... I am still learning, and although we've reduced stockouts over the past year, this time our budget was inaccurate. I estimate it will take about ten days to gather all the materials and time for production. Around mid-March, we should be able to resume normal stock availability.
