(Update) I often say that Re Pillow Co. is a matter for all of us, so today is a special day. I wanted to make a video to explain our current situation and development to everyone.

Recently, two of my friends joined Re Pillow Co. to share customer service, inquiry responses, and other daily tasks with me, which I believe will help us grow. Our short-term goal for operations is AIS (Always in Stock), meaning never running out of stock. We encounter problems every day, but we believe this is a good sign; with effort, we can solve them and make Re Pillow Co. even better.

Furthermore, we are also considering opening truly long-term stores, rather than just pop-ups (Taikoo Shing Experience Centers). While this is certainly not an easy task, we will see how to do it well. Regarding products, we also hope to have more time for product development in the future, because we won't release products if we can't make them well, even if others think they're good, we believe they can be better. This has resulted in us being unable to launch new products, with several new product launches being repeatedly delayed. Now that we have more manpower, we hope the situation will improve.

Finally, Re Pillow Co. has partnered with the environmental organization Ecologi, and starting yesterday, we will plant a tree for every order we receive. We are also arranging to gradually replace our product packaging materials with more environmentally friendly packaging.
