Looking back on last year, we didn't actually release many products; all of them were launched in the second half of this year. The truth is, last year I had just graduated and was working full-time at Re Pillow Co. Some new products came early, some came late; many were designed and researched at that time. But being a beginner, I was doing many things for the first time, taking many detours and wasting a lot of time. For example, finding foreign partners, finding independent labs for product testing, and finding factories to make packaging boxes—all of these were things I was doing for the first time, and it took a lot of time to get started and learn. It's only now, after all this time, that I've gradually learned how to do them better.
