This week's journal entry will discuss a topic that might seem a bit abstract the future.

Over the past week, we've spent some time planning ahead and looking into future development.

Although I've been working full-time at Re Pillow since graduating in May , I'm unfamiliar with business operations, so despite my tireless work, the company isn't making any money. Like many other employees, I go to work, come home, get some sleep, and then come back the next morning. I feel like I'm stuck in a quagmire; even though I struggle until I'm exhausted, sweat pouring down my forehead, my energy is wasted on the mud beneath my feet. From a distance, it might look like I'm standing still.

In the long run, this will inevitably lead to serious problems.

Setting aside daily operations, product development, and various business tasks, this week I decided to take some time to examine our current development direction, future path, and vision implementation. I jotted down my vision and all the areas where things are still unresolved, then wrote down my hopes for achieving each goal, each step, and solutions to various problems. In business, I am undoubtedly a beginner , and despite my reluctance, I honestly and frankly accept my current shortcomings and am determined to seek change.

In fact, I believe the same principle applies to life, beyond business. Regularly taking time to reflect on one's attitude towards others and one's interpersonal relationships is extremely beneficial, but I won't elaborate further here.

I believe that the more difficult the road, the more worthwhile it is to travel. In the vast history of humankind, the small problems I face are ones that many predecessors have encountered as well. With unwavering determination, we exert all our strength to do our best. In the future, when we look back together, we will realize that every challenge along the way has become a stepping stone, guiding us to our destination.
