Since the new sheets were launched, some customers have occasionally felt that the product is indeed innovative and useful, but what if the zipper breaks?

We have always been honest with our customers, telling them that we understand the zipper is the key to the entire product. Therefore, we use the best Japanese YKK zippers, which are recognized in the industry. They are specially made by YKK Japan for the purpose of this new bed sheet, and they are particularly durable. In fact, after so many years of use, no customer has had any problems with the zipper breaking . So you don't need to worry too much.

Even so, I understand that many companies outside the industry are dishonest. After work, I also go shopping, watch movies, and eat out; I'm just an ordinary consumer, and of course, I've encountered these dishonest companies as well. Some customers may still have concerns about the durability of zippers, which I completely understand. Therefore, in December 2025, we partnered with YKK Japan to launch a zipper repair service.

If your new bed sheets have any damage to the zippers, please feel free to have them repaired by us. We have partnered with YKK Japan and have purchased official tools and original parts specifically for repairing zippers on new bed sheets. We can repair zippers on both the top sheet and the base of new bed sheets.

Each time a repair is done, metallic silver zipper teeth are used to replace the original white resin zipper teeth on the new sheets. This is because YKK Japan believes that this is similar to the Japanese traditional process of "kintsugi" (金継ぎ), which uses gold powder to repair lacquerware. When repairing items, the Japanese do not hide the cracks, but instead use a different color of metallic luster to highlight them, turning the damage into a unique decoration and giving the object new life and value.

Please note that we cannot provide repair services for items such as sheets with holes cut in the middle or zippers cut into the fabric with scissors. This is not the purpose of our zipper repair service, and we appreciate your understanding. However, if there is a genuine zipper problem, please contact us and we will repair it for you.

Several years ago, when I had the idea to launch a new bed sheet, I encountered a lot of skepticism—"How can you possibly have as many styles as other big companies? They have all the Disney designs and many more!" "The zipper will break! How is this even possible?" "Such a stupid design! If your concept were feasible, other companies would have launched it long ago!"

I understood they might not have meant any harm, so I didn't argue. I just lowered my head and kept quiet, doing my work in silence. Although I didn't know for sure, I wanted to try, to do my best, hoping that one day these new sheets would become mainstream and solve the difficulty of changing sheets.
