Welcome to this week's journal! It's time for me to share with you what happened this week.

This week, we've mainly been working on products that will be released at the end of the year. We learned from the weather experience last time that we can't release them too late. If we don't speed up the process now and get the products that need to be launched before December 31st, then those products will have to wait until the beginning of next year. If it's not a seasonal product, then it's fine, but if it's something like a thick winter blanket or a warm product, then it will be a big problem.

As early as October, some people may already be buying thick blankets, so it's time to prepare now.

However, this week was mainly about self-reflection. The image above is actually a screenshot of an Excel spreadsheet I create every week. By the way, is this considered confidential? But I don't think anyone will read my weekly journal. Since it's a journal entry and I've covered up some numbers, simply sharing that I do this is fine. Because I really want to genuinely share my work and what I'm facing with everyone.

For the past year, I've had to do a weekly review every week, calculating my income and expenses to see how things are going. This has certainly taught me how to keep track of things, as I never really had this concept before, which is a good thing. But it has also put pressure on me, especially when things aren't going as planned. Even before I've done the weekly review, I already know what the situation will be like, which makes me reluctant and afraid of it. It's gotten to the point where I feel a lot of pressure doing this, and it's more of a burden than a pleasure. Looking back at myself a year ago, it seems I really don't know how to relax and have fun anymore.

However, looking at the bigger picture, I know this is necessary. If you want to run a business well, you have to be sensitive to numbers. I have also learned to face things calmly and be happy to just be me. I can not only count, but also enjoy the process. Of course, it is easier said than done. However, I will move towards this goal. I hope that in a few months, everyone will see a more cheerful me.
