Image: Latest Sample of Map Bed Sheets
Hello everyone, welcome to this week's journal! I'm here again to update you on my work situation.
Inventory Management
First, this week we continued to focus on managing inventory. We initially discovered that there were too many styles and sizes of new bed sheets, making it impossible to manage them all ourselves. Besides raising the issue, we also tried to find solutions. Currently, we are testing a record-keeping system that tracks inventory levels in various stores and warehouses, attempting to use this method to manage replenishment and production. However, this system needs to be gradually refined and is still in the trial phase.
New products
Some products, such as the Hong Kong map bed sheet (you can see it on our Facebook page: https://facebook.com/repillowco ), present various technical difficulties and obstacles, making daily work quite frustrating. If you know the problem and the solution, work isn't so stressful. However, if you only discover a problem but don't know where it lies, and keep trying without finding a solution, things become very complicated, and work becomes extremely difficult. Sometimes I find it to be a very agonizing period. But step by step, it will eventually be resolved.
Company growth, new store in Tseung Kwan O
The Tseung Kwan O East Point City store is scheduled to open on September 25 (Wednesday). It is located at Shop 270A, 2/F, East Point City, Tseung Kwan O. It is accessible from Exit A1 of Hang Hau MTR station. There is no need to go outdoors; the elevator goes straight up to the mall.
I'm not someone who seeks wealth, but I know that if I want to make our products even better, and to produce them at costs closer to those of large companies, so that consumers can buy higher-quality and more attractive products at the same price (instead of struggling to survive in the current competitive market), I need to push myself to grow, so that Re Pillow Co. can grow. Youth is not an excuse, nor is it an attempt to claim greatness, but it's my responsibility—to ensure business stability, the well-being of my colleagues, and that they don't have to worry about the company. While I don't seek wealth, I also don't want them to be overly concerned about their work and income. And so, outside of work, my colleagues can have time to spend with the people they care about, and as long as those they care about are healthy, that's enough.
There's so much I want to say, but sometimes people won't understand and will think I'm just whining. So it's better to keep it to myself, focus on doing a good job with the product, keep working hard, and wait for the right time to speak.
