I remember back in mid-to-late 2022, there was a saying in society: "Retail winter." Looking back a bit, around the end of 2022, Hong Kong's property market experienced its first significant drop. Then online commentary and media started talking about the poor economy and the retail winter. Shops started closing down, unable to stay afloat, and photos of empty street shops appeared. A wave of closures began… The entire market was filled with pessimism. Then, in early 2023, the border reopened, and one of the biggest topics of the year was the difficulties faced by the food and beverage and retail industries. But it's hard to believe it's already been two years.

The media and public opinion may no longer discuss this, but the poor environment is interconnected, affecting every industry and even employment. As an ordinary person, my words certainly won't influence policy or the environment; all I can do is focus on my own product design, production, management, and operations. I understand that other matters are not so simple, and I'll leave those to the more capable to think about and solve. I only hope that everyone in Hong Kong can live a healthy and happy life, and that we can all work together and win together.

Lately, I've been dealing with several frustrating things at work simultaneously, and the future seems a bit uncertain, but I promise everyone I will try my best to cope. I feel like I haven't been thinking very clearly lately. That's why I can't write much right now. I'll take some time to solve each problem one by one, and then I'll talk to everyone in more detail.
