It's time for this week's journal entry. Several things happened to us this week, so let's start by talking about them one by one:

Embroidery services suspended

Inside our shop in Taikoo Shing, there's an embroidery machine where customers can embroider their own or someone's name onto their pillowcases. This was a small, experimental service we started in June. Recently, the machine decided to take a break; it suddenly broke down one day. Because the price was so low (only $20 for labor) and the failure rate was very high, we've decided to temporarily suspend the embroidery service while the machine is down. Perhaps we'll relaunch it when the time is right and our skills are more refined.

College student visit

In addition, I was fortunate enough to be interviewed this week by several students from the CUHK School of Continuing and Professional Education. They came very well-prepared, bringing different questions for me. Actually, I think I'm a very lucky person, and I've told them that too. Sometimes when you see someone's achievements, many people think that all those achievements are the result of their own hard work, but I don't see it that way. I think that the fact that Re Pillow may have a few admirers and supporters today is just because I'm lucky. I'm a very ordinary person, just making products that I like. However, in my position, I will definitely do my best to do my job well. I don't dare to talk too much about big goals or dreams; I just want to do my best.

Third store

This week, we also opened our third store, at AEON Department Store in Whampoa! Besides online sales, Re Pillow 2 has previously only been available at YATA Department Store in Sha Tin and the Cityplaza Experience Center. After several months of discussions and arrangements, we officially launched it at AEON Department Store in Whampoa this week. Like YATA Department Store in Sha Tin, AEON Department Store is only a consignment store; it's not our own shop, and there are no staff stationed there. However, I'm very grateful. I will post a blog post detailing the location and other details.

Supply stabilizes

We have already shipped out all the stock this week, and the supply is gradually returning to normal. If you are interested, you can place an order.

Looking forward to next week

Finally, I've tried some new things this past week! But I won't say more for now, see you in next week's journal.
