Welcome to this week's journal. I don't know who will read it, but if you're reading it, thank you. I write a short journal entry every week, not really expecting many people to read it; it's just a record, a way to vent. Everyone is busy with their own lives, so thank you for taking the time to read a stranger's account of the ups and downs of their business.
Let's get back to this week's topic! What did I do this week?

The Mysterious Physical Therapist

This week, I visited shops at iSQUARE in Tsim Sha Tsui and Harbour City in North Point on two separate days. Recently, I've had more visitors who are new to the brand; some met online, some were introduced by friends, and some were introduced by their own physiotherapists. Speaking of physiotherapists, I have to mention the "mystery physiotherapist." Actually, several physiotherapists have contacted us over the past year, finding our pillows useful and wanting to buy them at wholesale prices to sell to their clinics' clients. We've always cooperated with them; helping people is what matters. Recently, we discovered a "mysterious physiotherapist" who has never contacted us, yet frequently and secretly recommends pillows to their clients. At first, we didn't think much of it, as recommendations are common. However, what's unusual is that soon after, another person appears, and then another, all claiming to be recommended by the same physiotherapist. This makes me suspect it might be the same person. Our initial inquiries with our clients suggest there are two or three "mysterious physiotherapists" who regularly and secretly recommend pillows to their clients. Although I don't know who you are, I want to thank you here, as it's a form of recognition for my work. I also want to thank you to the others who have recommended us to friends and family, as well as other physiotherapists, rehabilitation centers, TCM clinics, etc., who have consistently supported us.
Thank you.

Looking ahead to 2024

2023 was a year in which we laid the foundation for many new products, including, for example, pillows. We started allowing customers to purchase refill packs separately, so that if a pillow lasts a long time, they can replace the filling and continue using it without having to buy the whole pillow. This is more economical and environmentally friendly, and it is also part of the "Sustainable Re Pillow Project" that I have wanted to achieve for a long time.

Regarding comforters, when Re Quilt 2 was launched, I took the opportunity to establish a "button-down + T-shaped button" thickening system. At the time, no one thought it was anything special, but later this system was also adopted for Re Fleece and Re Quilt Winter 2, making all comforters thicker. This made the whole thing reasonable because comforters can be freely combined to increase thickness. In fact, in winter, you can buy fewer super thick comforters that you only use for a few days a year, and you can also have more combinations of thickness to suit different temperature environments.

Go to Re Bedding for new bed sheets, which is also a product I hope to promote in 2024. In fact, the design is also to establish a system as the foundation for future development.

As mentioned in last week's journal, 2023 was a tough year, but I will not give up nor "hope" that life will be easier; hardship is inevitable. Because I really don't want people with ill intentions to know my plans for next year, I will not go into detail about my 2024 plans here.

Based on the foundation laid in 2023, we believe we can continue to move forward this year.
