This week I'll talk about something that seems a bit off-topic, but it's actually based on some insights I gained from things I encountered at work.
First of all, everyone faces problems and difficulties in life at different times. This is something everyone has in their heart, and there is no moment when you suddenly find that there are no problems in your life. I think everyone with some life experience will understand this.
At the same time, because we live in a society where each individual doesn't live independently, but rather interacts with different people in various aspects of life—buying other people's products or using other people's services, or having siblings, parents, and relatives—every decision we make involves others to some extent. Therefore, if someone doesn't handle their own problems properly, it will affect others, one person influencing another, and so on. For example, if someone doesn't work hard to earn money and is lazy all day, it will affect their children's education and future prospects. Then, if those children have children of their own, the impact will continue. Another example is a team where colleagues work together in different roles. If one colleague doesn't perform well, makes mistakes, or has complaints, requiring others to clean up the mess, this will affect other colleagues and the company's business and development in a cascading manner. Or, if one of two friends is always having trouble with their own things, it will affect the second friend, who will have to help them with their problems. This will also affect people.
Of course, no one is perfect, and it's understandable that we sometimes make mistakes—that's human nature. But if we can't always do things this way, then we shouldn't do them at all. Or rather, we should try our best to minimize the problems we cause to others. As mentioned in the first paragraph, everyone has their own problems and worries in life, and it's best to minimize our impact on others.
Of course, I will repeat again that no one is perfect, but I really try my best not to be like that.
I am also very careful myself, hoping not to affect others as much as possible, and not to cause trouble for others, because everyone has their own problems, and it is enough for everyone to take care of their own problems.
Actually, these principles shouldn't need to be spoken, but sometimes I do feel like losing my temper—I want to try not to cause trouble for others, I want to do better, okay? I know sometimes these things shouldn't be written down, but as a true record, I ended up writing them down anyway.
