#209 After restructuring, we will re-enter the mainstream and upcoming products (07/06/2026)

Hello everyone! It's time for another weekly update. If you've been following us, you'll know that around the middle of last year, I filmed a video talking about how the next year or two would be my most difficult and biggest period of change (I filmed that video sitting on Wu Kai Sha Beach and posted it on Re Pillow's Social Media). This is because I hope to officially enter the mainstream. However, over the past few months, perhaps you've noticed that our movements seem to have slowed down. The reason is that since January, our shipping and entire inventory management system, among other things, experienced significant problems. We couldn't accurately send the correct goods to the correct customers, and some items had too much stock while others were constantly out of stock. The entire operation was extremely inefficient, and every day was spent constantly putting out fires. However, over the past few months, we've tried different methods to improve and refine things. There has been gradual progress, but the entire process, even up to this moment, still feels very painful. However, this phase of restructuring is necessary because if we don't restructure, future difficulties or problems will only snowball and become even harder to deal with.

Of course, there are other tasks that need to be done behind the scenes, including product development and various other developments that are all progressing simultaneously, because the world won't wait for you; you can only work hard yourself. Whatever unhappiness or pressure there is, I have to bear it silently. But that's how it is with any job, I completely understand and, as they say, that's just how work is. Everyone has their own troubles.

Now that it's around early June, I feel it's time to re-strategize and hope to try entering the mainstream again. I also want to say that I truly have to thank A-Fontane. I know that sometimes people might think, "You're such a brown-noser"...... But honestly, given their scale and level, they really don't need to pay attention to me. I'm just an insignificant "kid." If I didn't deal with them, to put it offensively, many startups might end up losing money and failing. But after saying all that, I want to get back to the main point. Indeed, in the past few months, A-Fontane's ULTRA FINE 2.0 series has been quite popular, because the material truly performs exceptionally well in all aspects, making it very suitable for customers seeking an extremely smooth and fine texture. I think it's quite a game changer for new bed sheets.

But the real Game changer(s), I'm also still working hard on them behind the scenes, and I hope you'll see them when they're ready. I also hope that I can truly achieve them. Up to now, my goal has not changed; I still want to do something meaningful that can improve the lives of more people around me. That in itself would already be a good life.
