Re Pillow Co.'s brand new iSQUARE store in Tsim Sha Tsui opened on December 17, 2022. This is our first full-fledged store (previously it was just a pop-up in Taikoo Shing), and everyone is welcome to visit.

喺任何的 Start-up 有一個 founder 常見問題是 delegation（分擔工作）。好似常常啲 Start Up 都係喺兩個極端度游走。一係就係有啲人一開始就食大咗個胃，請好多人手去做，你負責依個，我就依個，然後其實個 Business 條數其實唔太 Balance 到，然後於是就去可能要搵 Funding，跟住個 Business 變成比較係似係苦苦經營而常常要搵錢返嚟嘅一個狀態……
最近因需要改善產品質素，和一個已經交往了一段時間，由我開始做 Re Pillow 無耐（大約 2021年）已開始有恆常合作的商業夥伴斷絕了一個頗大的生意來往。

最近工作有啲體會，就係發現呢個世界佢哋往往會比唔同嘅目標或者有不同嘅紛擾，同埋叫你做呢樣做嗰樣，但係去到最後你要為自己的工作去負責，你要去決定到底優次應該係點樣排，邊一樣做先邊一樣之後再處理
