#022 Re Pillow Co. X Karen (30/10/2022)

Welcome to a new week's journal! I'll be sharing this week's update with you all !

The biggest update this week is that our collaboration with Karen has been officially announced! Actually, this is the "secret plan" we were looking forward to in the last two weekly journals ( #020 , #021 ). So this week's journal will write down some behind-the-scenes details, and I believe many people will be interested in knowing more!

This photoshoot took place on Sunday, October 16th . We, Karen , and the photographer worked together, and it only took an afternoon to finish. Even so, we had a lot of fun during the process and were very glad we had Karen to work with us. Below are some questions I collected from various friends about this shoot , which I'll answer in this weekly journal:

Q : Where did you take the wedding photos? That location is so beautiful.

A : I saw people asking where Karen is on her Instagram post . Actually, it's Discovery Bay. Actually, we initially considered doing this shoot in the city, maybe just setting up a bed in a studio . But while searching for a location, I kept thinking that since this was a really special shoot , and we even had Karen with us, we should go all out. So we rented a suitable unit in Discovery Bay for the shoot. I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank the landlord for allowing us to shoot here.

Q : Why didn't you film it? I wanted to hear Karen talk.

A : When we first invited Karen , we only thought about taking photos; we really didn't expect to get her to film a video. Looking back now, I realize that's true! Actually, we could have asked Karen if she could film a video. But now that we've already filmed the photos, we don't have any plans to film a video for the time being. However, if a suitable opportunity arises in the future, we definitely can.

Q : How many photos are there? I want to see more!

A : We have about 10 photos with Karen . We've posted 4 on Facebook and Instagram so far . Karen has a few more on her own Instagram account @karenyeahhhh . The rest are on various pages of our website. Feel free to check them out!

Q : Why look for Karen ? There are so many different models/KOLs/ celebrities online, why not look for them?

A : Because we've always admired Karen and hoped to collaborate with her . This is a rare opportunity, and since we also need to hire someone for our endorsement shoot, we wanted to take this chance to support Karen .
