Welcome back to this week! Weekly Journal! This week has been very busy, so I'll just mention what I did:
New bed sheet mini sample
The first thing I did was make a mini version of a new bed sheet. The picture is at the top of this week's journal entry.
This was made for display in stores, so customers can easily understand the entire principle. I've also created a short video to introduce the design! Because the product is large, it used to be difficult to explain without unfolding the mattress. With this mini version, I believe it will be much easier to explain in stores.

Speaking of stores, we must mention another thing: the embarrassing situation of not having shopping bags!
Store shopping bags
A colleague from one of the stores told me that sometimes when customers come in to shop, we don't have a shopping bag of the right size. This forces my colleague to ask the customer to stand in the shop and watch it for them, then run to another shop to buy a shopping bag for $1, and come back to pack the customer's purchases – it can be quite embarrassing. So, seeing this, I decided to design an eco-friendly bag for the stores. This week I drew some figurines, 30 in total, all with a Hong Kong theme. I hope they're less commercial and more reusable. Free shipping to Macau
Previously, shipping to Macau was calculated using Asian shipping rates, unlike Hong Kong which offered free delivery. However, I recently visited Macau over the weekend and felt it was a shame to charge for delivery, as I noticed their culture is quite similar to Hong Kong's, and I also browse many Hong Kong products. Perhaps some people would like to try our products. After returning to Hong Kong, I calculated the number of orders, and if there are fewer orders, it's possible to offer free delivery to Macau. Therefore, starting Wednesday, Macau will also offer free delivery, just like Hong Kong. Hopefully, some friends in Macau can give it a try!
Re Pillowcase 2 page
This week I finally finished up the Re Pillowcase 2 page. This product has been available for about two weeks, and can be added to your cart when buying pillows or new sheets, but it never had its own dedicated page. Why? Because I've been very busy and can't manage everything by myself. But people might need to buy pillowcases along with their sheets, and there's no reason to order them later. These things can't be delayed too long, as they will affect the brand image. Although many things are difficult for us due to our small scale, I feel we can't let people think we're unreliable or prone to making mistakes. I'd rather produce fewer products ourselves, but the entire shopping experience must be smooth, otherwise, mistakes will require customers to be understanding. Because understanding is a matter of courtesy, not understanding is a matter of principle. I think this is the difference between a small company and a truly large company, and customers expect the service and reliability of a large company; otherwise, you'll always be small. I hope to continue doing this and achieve our goals.
