Image: I spent a long time thinking about what to design for the Re Quilt Winter 2 cover, and finally came up with this design that looks like a "flying bullet".
Welcome to this week's journal! I'll be sharing the latest updates from this week.
RQW2
First of all, our winter comforter (Re Quilt Winter 2, internally known as RQW2) has finally been launched. As expected, the weather finally started to cool down in mid-December. Therefore, this Friday, we officially launched this winter comforter. It is an upgraded version of our previous generation of winter comforters. The core design is to keep things simple, solving the difficulty of buying comforters in winter with one comforter. It is perfectly designed for Hong Kong's climate and suitable for use in Hong Kong winters, but it is not too thick or too warm, making it a winter comforter that can only be used for a few days a year.
This time, we launched this thick comforter, which can be thickened along with all our other comforters and is also machine washable, making it even more convenient! Now, all our comforters (Re Quilt 2, Re Fleece, Re Quilt Winter 2) support the same thickening system and are machine washable, which makes me feel very comfortable. In the past, some comforters were hard to wash, which was very unpleasant. Because of the different characteristics of each material, ensuring that all comforters can be washed properly required solving problems one by one along the way, but the result is great, and customers understand easily. It's like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
Store shopping bags
We also added a new store shopping bag later this week, the one we mentioned two weeks ago with 30 Hong Kong designs. Before I wrote this, a customer had already bought one of these store shopping bags, so thank you for your support. As you can probably tell from the price of $20, this bag isn't for making a profit; we're just happy that people like it.
Take it easy
Lately, I've been learning how to take things more lightly. Business inevitably involves ups and downs; in fact, life is full of them: getting yelled at by your boss, getting fired, saving up to buy a house and start a comfortable life with your wife, only to have property prices plummet by half during an economic cycle, plus interest rate hikes making mortgage payments even heavier... Life truly has many ups and downs. Everyone faces their own difficulties, so when encountering setbacks or disappointments, perhaps it's important to learn to take things more lightly.
