If I had known it would be this difficult before I started, I definitely wouldn't have done it. Lately, things haven't been going well at work, mainly because there are many unsatisfactory aspects in estimating sales and inventory, and calculating production and response times. As a result, popular products are out of stock, and the money and time have been spent making products that fewer people want. The result is that it's hard work with absolutely no results—or rather, it's worse than no results, because no results mean less free time, but this is being busy without results, and having to solve problems every day in hopes of salvaging the situation.
These kinds of things are actually quite common, classic startup problems. There's really no other way but to deal with them one by one, solving them one by one, and tackling them when you have some free time. But it's already much better than before.
