Starting in March, these past two months I've been focused on systematizing and automating the entire company. This is because I believe the only way to solve problems is through a systematic approach to daily operations, rather than manually handling daily tasks all the time. I'm afraid that constantly slogging away will become my entire life. In fact, many people, including myself, have indeed been slogging away every day. Repetition isn't the problem; the problem is my fear of not progressing, of not improving and advancing. This is what concerns me most, because a decade or two passes very quickly. You'll be working and it'll be over, but without improvement, the only path is that things will slowly become very difficult. Like rowing against the current, if you don't advance, you fall back. The methods that work now may not necessarily work in the future. In recent years, I've met various seniors from different industries, and I've observed this point. What I'm currently working on is precisely this. Besides the products, we need to change our operational models, using new methods to solve problems. Additionally, it's always about thinking ahead. If what you do and think about every day is the same as everyone else, how can you stand out? There's an example: Tesla saw that the national team (BYD and other domestic car brands) was making new electric cars with many features, or making them cheaper. I actually think Tesla is absolutely capable of competing with them, but Elon Musk has shifted his focus to SpaceX, AI, and Robotics – leaving a large electric vehicle market to other brands. In fact, Tesla opened up the market and handed the entire waterway to other companies. The same applies to Apple iPhone, because it's already on to the next thing... However, it's also important to note that some companies believe they've pioneered something significant, but in reality, it's nothing special. I know I'm just an ordinary person and not particularly smart, so I can only compensate for my shortcomings with diligence, continuing to do well in all aspects of the company, and I cannot stop.
