Thank you everyone for joining us again this week. Weekly Journal! This week, I'll continue writing about my work. First, due to stock shortages of certain sizes over the past two weeks, a certain number of orders accumulated and were shipped out this week. Shipping was quite difficult because I had to consider the exact date of each order, as well as whether any customers had previously reserved items and paid for them. We promised to call them to pick up their orders once they were available. All of this had to be done in the order they placed their orders, and we tried to keep the delivery time within the two-week waiting period. With limited stock, we wanted everyone to be happy. This involved situations where one store might not have enough stock, while another store might have extra stock to transfer, etc., but thankfully, it's all resolved now.

Sometimes people tell me I should ask someone to help me with these problems to free up my time. Of course, I know that's the best approach; everyone understands the concept of delegation and knows the person making this suggestion means well. But sometimes I don't know how to say it, and I can only say that I can't do it right now and have to bear the hardship myself. But I'm truly grateful for their kindness. As the saying goes, early success doesn't guarantee later success. Conversely, if a young person faces hardships and difficulties, it's a good thing for them to grow and mature.

Let's change the subject and talk about design. I've recently been working on a long-term product project. While I can't say when it will be released, when it does, it will be more than just a landmark in the bedding industry; it will be a truly (in my opinion) engineeringly excellent design. Design is a combination of engineering and art. I think going a step further means not only creating good designs but also having a moral obligation to do everything possible to make them accessible to more people. There are many engineers and designers, but it's even better if more people are aware of and use them. If you look back at my journal entry from a few weeks ago (the one about filming), I mentioned Lei Jun of Xiaomi. I genuinely admire and respect him because he has achieved just that. Of course, it's not easy, and I myself may not be able to achieve it, but I will do my best; at least that's my goal.

The retail and business sectors are shrouded in gloom lately, and we all understand the situation. We can't explain it, so we can only do our best.
