原來轉眼間已經寫咗 200 幾篇嘅週記。有時時間過得太快，我都不得不認自己己經不再是開始時嗰個 20 出頭嘅細路。過多半年就 29，你話是否老呢就絕對唔係，都仍係好後生，但個重點係唔係好耐之後就會講「過多幾年就 39」，再轉眼就會「過多幾年就 49」，人生就係如此快......

Behind every company are the people who operate it. We often spend a lot of time analyzing what successful or unsuccessful people did and didn't do, trying to reverse-engineer their success or avoid their mistakes. But one thing I rarely mention, yet is incredibly important, is the person by your side.

This week I had dinner with a friend who is also a veteran in the bedding industry. He works in a middle management role for several large bedding/mattress companies...

"Uh, how about we go downstairs and find a Starbucks to talk?"

Photo: The receipt printer at the Lok Fu branch is often broken (PS we use good quality EPSON branded printers), so I often have to act as Tech Support to help colleagues solve problems (as shown in the photo). I filmed step-by-step instructions, hoping it will be better in the future.

Starting in March, I've been working on systematizing and automating the company's entire operations for the past two months. I believe the only way to solve problems is through systematic approaches to daily operations, rather than manually handling every daily task. I'm afraid that if we keep doing things manually every day, we'll be stuck in a never-ending cycle for life...

This Tuesday, I went to RTHK for a radio interview. I won't reveal the content just yet; I'll talk about it when it airs. However, it touched on something I hadn't even experienced myself, a part that made me want to cry.

Over the past week, I've met and chatted with colleagues from Afontane. The collaboration between our two companies has already been announced, and everyone knows we're working with them to create new bed sheets using their Modern Silk fabric. But today, I want to talk about some potential future projects we might undertake together.
