「可能無人想睇,但有人想寫。」
Recently, a customer who purchased our new bedsheets and duvet covers for their new home sent us a heartfelt email after moving in. They are a supporter of Dustykid, and with their permission, I'm sharing their message here. I've also conveyed their blessings to Dustykid's creator, Ah Rap. We are incredibly grateful to them, and to all our other customers, for their online encouragement and for their support and cheer when they visit our store. Thank you all.
About a year ago, around this time, roughly March or April, I was reading a book called "Crossing the Chasm." At that time, I also felt that at this stage, my biggest challenge for 2025 would be moving into the mainstream. This is because 2024 can be considered a turning point, where the "Re Pillow 3 + Pro Add-On" combination successfully solved many people's pillow problems...
#193 The Difficulty of Going Mainstream, Meeting Friends Before the New Year (15/02/2025)
How to get to the next stage is something I've been struggling with quite a bit recently. #192 The Good Old Days (08/02/2026)

Recently, a local startup owner (a young entrepreneur who has been in business for ten years) sparked a lot of criticism on the Threads platform. He is widely considered a highly successful figure in Hong Kong's startup scene, operating in the production/retail industry, specifically producing wearable products. After 10 years in business, he already has 20 retail stores...
#188 Why We Completely Left Department Stores (11/01/2026)
I've recently been reading a book called *Power Play: Tesla, Elon Musk, and the Bet of the Century* (by Tim Higgins). This book is about how Tesla came to be, and I really resonated with many of the struggles it described. They felt very similar to what I encountered when I was running Re Pillow Co. Of course, we were completely insignificant, and our influence and capabilities were on a completely different level from Tesla's...

#187 How to ensure a company's long-term sustainability (04/01/2025)
The world is changing so fast, and I think the only thing that can remain unchanged in the workplace and in society is to be the one who drives change. I think this position is the best position, and also the safest position.
