Sometimes I see a young boss come to the helm at different companies. Often, perhaps because they are young, they are willing to try new things and are very motivated. As a result, they often bring new ideas and approaches to the company, which is what I call "being proactive" today.

Most of the units in the industrial building in the picture are dark, except for one unit that is still lit up – that's mine. I often work late into the night, so I might go downstairs to eat around 7 or 8 pm before going back up to work.
Welcome back to this week's journal, where I'll share some work-related stories. We recently signed a new license for a Japanese cartoon, marking our first time handling this type of international cartoon licensing.
...Try to face everything with an open mind. I have tried very hard, but there may be situations where it is all in vain. You have to face them with an open mind. Don't think that you deserve the results just because you have worked hard. Don't think about why you could do it before but not now, because if you do that, you will continue to sink into the abyss of no results.
I've been thinking for a long time about whether I should write this down, because it seems a bit personal, and I'm afraid it might have a negative impact. But a journal is an honest and frank record, and I don't want it to become like a chatter session, so I've decided to write it down anyway .
