Sometimes I see a young boss come to the helm at different companies. Often, perhaps because they are young, they are willing to try new things and are very motivated. As a result, they often bring new ideas and approaches to the company, which is what I call "being proactive" today.

Imagine you're swimming to a beautiful island. It starts to rain, and you think, "It's okay, I'll just grit my teeth and swim a little longer." But then you find yourself getting more and more tired, your legs are starting to give out, and the rain makes the sky blurry, so you can't see how far away the island is... Would you choose to turn back or continue swimming?

Most of the units in the industrial building in the picture are dark, except for one unit that is still lit up – that's mine. I often work late into the night, so I might go downstairs to eat around 7 or 8 pm before going back up to work.

Welcome back to this week's journal, where I'll share some work-related stories. We recently signed a new license for a Japanese cartoon, marking our first time handling this type of international cartoon licensing.

...Try to face everything with an open mind. I have tried very hard, but there may be situations where it is all in vain. You have to face them with an open mind. Don't think that you deserve the results just because you have worked hard. Don't think about why you could do it before but not now, because if you do that, you will continue to sink into the abyss of no results.

I've been thinking for a long time about whether I should write this down, because it seems a bit personal, and I'm afraid it might have a negative impact. But a journal is an honest and frank record, and I don't want it to become like a chatter session, so I've decided to write it down anyway .

In reality, sometimes no one cares about your hard work and your best intentions behind the scenes, because many businessmen have deceived your and my trust. We trusted them, but we were deceived, and we gradually learn to try not to trust others.

This week I'm thinking a little differently and writing down some business insights. Many people believe that in business, you must have confidence and believe that your decisions and actions will lead to success. I don't see it that way...
