I recently had to take some personal matters off this week, which meant I had to delegate some of my work to other colleagues. This was another opportunity to test whether my colleagues could handle things on their own and whether the company could function without me.

I've had some insights at work lately. I've found that as I meet more and more people, I realize that many things can be traced back to certain patterns. Sometimes, our daily methods of doing things, our attitudes towards things, and our thoughts, to some extent, shape our future and our destiny. Many things are actually determined by ourselves.

I've recently been dealing with some collaboration issues between different colleagues. It's really pointless to go into too much detail, but the values ​​involved are something I think we need to establish as part of the company culture.

This time it's a little special; we'll go to a beach to take photos and chat with everyone.

I rarely mention it myself, but during my studies I was studying law and public administration at the University of Hong Kong. At that time, I was mainly focused on passing exams. Of course, I also had subjects that interested me and professors I could talk to, but my main focus was on academic performance, and I rarely thought about how to apply it in practice.

Lately, I've had so many worries. Let me see how I should put it. I'm just an ordinary person, and most of the things an ordinary person deals with are within their own immediate circle. I've always handled things this way, dealing with each day's difficulties as they come.
