#152 Forced to Grow Up (04/05/2025)
Having been in the workforce for several years, I've gradually come to realize that things in life are often a matter of "you think I'm doing well, and I think you're doing well." Everyone faces their own problems, whether at work or in their personal lives...
#151 Why is Dustykid the first collaboration cartoon for the new bed sheets? (27/04/2025)
Recently, customers have been asking why all our new bed sheets are solid colors, but we've collaborated with Dustykid. Is there a special reason? Actually, it's not as complicated as you might think… The reason for the collaboration is quite simple, yet a little bit capricious…
#150 Sha Tin YATA Pop-up Roadshow (20/04/2025)
First of all, I would like to thank all my colleagues, especially those stationed at Yat Tin in Sha Tin. Everyone has worked hard during this period.
#149 To my future self (13/04/2025)
Today is Sunday, and I went to the company alone in the afternoon to work. Of course, I was the only one at the company on Sundays. While working, I used a USB that I hadn't picked up in a long time because I couldn't find the ones I usually use. #148 Sometimes we can't make the "perfect" decision (06/04/2025)
During the holiday, I had hot pot with a friend. He's a teacher, but he's been wanting to try starting his own business. However, he's been thinking about a lot of things that aren't quite sure. He's ambitious but also meticulous. This reminded me of a story I recently read in a book, so I thought I'd share it with everyone...
#147 Ignoring the outside world and doing whatever I want (30/03/2025)
This past week has been quite busy at work, but it's also given me a lot to think about. At the beginning of the week, a female student from Hong Kong University visited my company to talk about her entrepreneurial journey and future direction. The interview only lasted an hour or two, but I had a lot to think about that evening after she left.
#145 Business trip and dinner with senior colleagues (16/03/2025)
Recently, I had dinner with an older gentleman, who is in his forties and also works in manufacturing/retail, while I was on a business trip. I had known him for several years, and I had seen him in Hong Kong countless times. But unexpectedly, we ran into each other while on a business trip and ended up having dinner together...
#144 Sharing the workload: My observations on future management concerns (09/03/2025)
Lately, due to a shortage of manpower, things have been quite busy at times, and I've become somewhat overworked. Being overworked can be exhausting, and pushing things out for a short period is manageable, but doing it for too long can be really strenuous (especially when the rewards aren't immediately apparent, making you question why you're working so hard—but I believe the right path is difficult and less traveled, and the rewards come gradually).
