As we approach the final days of 2025, it's time for a look back. I accomplished a lot this year, starting with January:

My trip to Shanghai last week was truly inspiring, so I'll continue writing low-level records this week.

A few days ago, I went to Shanghai with some friends and visited several factories, one of which was the GIGA PRESS factory of a Hong Kong company called "Lijin"...

This week, Lok Fu opened a store. On the first day of opening, I took a photo in the store. There happened to be a mother and daughter taking photos. The child dragged her mother in and rushed in. How wonderful!

If I had known it would be this difficult before I started, I definitely wouldn't have done it. Things haven't been going well at work lately, mainly due to issues with sales forecasting and inventory...

(Loh Fu Update) Here's an update on the new Loh Fu store. The renovation is currently in the final stages of furniture installation, which shouldn't take too long, maybe a week or two more. It should be open around mid-December.

Recently, some colleagues from the Dustykid team came to my office for a chat. They had never been here before. If it's a first-time visitor, I usually show them around and introduce them to the different seats. But usually, I'm the last one there, so I introduce my own seat, which is the folding table and stool in the picture.

The past two months have been very busy due to some restructuring in the company's logistics. I will not record these two weeks for now.

I want to become a more mainstream, more popular brand, but the road is so difficult. I've tried my best, but the further I go, the more I realize it's like the story of David versus Goliath—it's so hard for a boy to challenge a powerful force. It would be better to focus on a niche, small market, but to enter the mainstream, all skills need to be at a higher level, which is also very difficult.
